The Venue

 Rustic Creek is a beautiful event venue , capable of hosting up to 200 guests at your next event. We are located a short 15-minute drive, Northeast of Tulsa, OK. We are the perfect place for your outdoor dream wedding, company party, family reunion, birthday party, or anniversary celebration!

New In 2020! We're Expanding!

Our venue has grown consistently since we first started. We've been blessed to work with some wonderful bridal couples, churches, and other organizations. The time has come for us to expand our facilities. We are currently in the development stage of adding a new structure to our property for our 2020 events.

We're still ironing out the details but we look forward to sharing much more with you in over the next couple of months. Until then, we encourage you to book your site tour today. Several of our prime Fall 2020 dates have already been booked, with many more soon to follow! Many of our couples are booking over one year out, so don't put off your planning until it's too late!

Our convenient location to Tulsa, Claremore, Catoosa, & Owasso means your out-of-town guests have a variety of hotel accomodations all within 15 minutes of Rustic Creek. We recommend you compare rates from at least 3 different hotels in your area to get the best deals. Additionally, we suggest looking into blocks of rooms for the best deals if you have a lot of out-of-town guests attending your wedding celebration.

Wedding Couples - While we do not serve as the decorators, caterers, DJ's, coordinators, photographers, etc.., we are more than happy to point you in the right direction and work with the vendors of your choice to make your big day everything you desire for it to be! Whether you're a "DIY" Bride, or planning to use professional vendors for your wedding day, we can't wait to help you facilitate your celebration!

Frequently Asked Questions

What's Your Alcohol & Tobacco Policy?

Rustic Creek is an alcohol-free facility. At no time will alcohol be permitted or consumed on the premises. Additionally, smoking is only allowed the designate smoking area near the parking. This includes the use of e-cigarettes. Failure to comply with our alcohol policy will result in the immediate termination of your rental and no refund will be issued. Thanks for your cooperation!

Can We Use Our Own Vendors, Caterers, DJ's, etc...?

Absolutely! We believe you should be the one to determine the details around YOUR big day! We are the facility host for your event, but you still plan out the details of your event from decorating, to catering, music, dancing, and everything in-between! We're happy to help point you in the right direction and will work with your vendors to ensure a smooth experience for you and your guests!

Is your Pricing Negotiable?

We strive to provide our renters with first-rate service and top-class professionalism, all at an affordable rate. We have put many hours of research into determining a fair price point for our customers, while still maintaining a nominal fee that keeps us in the green, and allows us to make constant facility improvements with each passing event. For this reason, our prices are firm.

Do You Offer Onsite Parking?

Yes! All parking is located onsite, directly adjacent to our main gathering area.
